ONOMO Collection Unveils Le Square, a New Luxury Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Casablanca Casablanca, October 1, 2025 — ONOMO Collection, the new brand of exclusive  boutique hotels from the Onomo Group, announces the opening of its first luxury hotel,  Le Square by Onomo Collection, in the Gauthier district of Casablanca, on the recently  revitalized Moussa Bnou Noussair Avenue. This project is the result of a partnership between Onomo and the Berrada and Benabdeljelil families—longtime committed partners in promoting local heritage through their real estate development company Siyame, supported by the Beaurizon group and the Rigos Immobilier group. The initiative embodies a shared vision: combining contemporary hospitality with respect for the Art Deco architectural heritage of the Gauthier neighborhood. This inauguration marks an important milestone in ONOMO’s development strategy in  Morocco, a country that ONOMO has designated as a strategic pillar for its expansion  across Africa, and where the group has established its headquarters since 2015. A Dialogue Between History and Modernity Le Square by Onomo Collection was designed to blend modern hospitality with the Art Deco architectural legacy of Gauthier, integrating harmoniously into the historic streets of the district to become part of Casablanca’s “new heritage.” The building’s architecture, envisioned by Salma Dioury Architect, draws inspiration from major stylistic movements of the city, from Haussmann to Art Deco. The hotel features 60 rooms and suites. The interior design, created by MID-Michelangeli Design, showcases elements such as arches, sand tones, and bas-reliefs inspired by moucharabieh patterns. The bathrooms are in Tadelakt, and the ceiling of the rooms are decorated with works by local artists and vintage postcards, paying homage to the city’s traditions and history. Le Square offers several spaces, each designed for a diverse audience: • Square Club: a coffee lounge open throughout the day, perfect for a break  between professionals or visitors.  • Sain Levant: a restaurant and rooftop offering 360-degree views of the city, and  one of the few spots in Casablanca with views of both the Twin Towers and the Hassan II Mosque. The restaurant serves Levantine cuisine that highlights local  ingredients.  • Square Spa: a wellness space offering treatments inspired by local traditions, in  partnership with the Moroccan vegan brand Botanika Marrakech.  ONOMO: Strengthening Its Presence in Morocco With Le Square, ONOMO takes a new step in reinforcing its hotel presence in Morocco.
